A direct product of a work of international collaboration, the EAP circuit gives a successful example of athletics events organizer’s active participation. Once more this circuit proves that contacts and collaboration are feasible between athletics events at the European level. The circuit is organized with the prospect of inciting organizers to open their events to the new environment in which citizens of the 3d millenium will have to move naturally.

The quite real linguistic boundaries running all over our continent must be crosses and cannot be an alibi preventing from meeting one another. This linguistic diversity must be used to show how rich our cultural and sporting heritage is.
