OLYMPIC GAMES QUALIFYING MARK WINS DECATHLON
French Olympic hopeful was among athletes from 11 nations competing at Hexham this weekend which included an Olympic qualifying decathlon score of 8114 points for French athlete Gael Querin.
Meet records in the Decathlon 100m (10.71), decathlon Shot (15.62), heptathlon 100mH 13.22, 1500m 4:12.73 and our second best performance ever at Hexham. The winning decathlon for the past 2 years has been over 8100 points which has meant both 2015 and 2016 winning performances count towards qualifying to the Rio Olympic Games. |
