The Executive Commission of the EAP

The EXEC was created following the decision of the 2014 Congress (Biella) to guarantee and enable:

  Bi-annual rotation among decision-making members
  Better follow-up in the organization of congresses
  Better speed and efficiency in the execution of decisions
  A new dynamic within the EAP

Compositions
The Executive Committee is composed automatically of:
  the organizer of the upcoming congress
  the organizer of the previous congress
  members of the ICC commission

As a result, the conference organizers sit for two years in this committee and thus join the members of the ICC.

Roles and attributions
  The EXEC Committee has a role of mutual aid / training / advice which aims to guarantee that the congress which will be organized the following year can take place in the best conditions. The organizers of the previous congress transmit information and files relating to this organization.
  The EXEC commission, along with ICC members, can propose improvements at all levels of the circuit. They are consulted for any decision to be made during the year and have the same "weight" in decision making aand consultation of things going on.

La commission Exécutive de l’EAP

L’EXEC a été créée suite à la décision du congrès de 2014 (Biella) afin de garantir et permettre:

  Une rotation bi-annuelle parmi les membres décisionnaires
  Un meilleur suivi dans l’organisation des congrès
  Une meilleure rapidité et efficacité dans l’exécution des décisions
  Une nouvelle dynamique au sein de l’EAP

Compositions
La commission Exécutive est composée de manière automatique de:
  l’organisateur du congrès à venir
  l’organisateur du congrès précédent
  les membres de la commission ICC

De ce fait, les organisateurs des congrès siègent pendant deux ans dans cette commission et se joignent ainsi aux membres de la ICC.

Rôles et attributions
  La commission EXEC a un rôle d’entraide / de formation / de conseil qui vise à garantir que le congrès qui sera organisé l’année suivante puisse se dérouler dans les meilleures conditions. Les organisateurs du congrès précédent transmettent les informations et les dossiers relatifs à cette organisation.
  La commission EXEC, au même titre que les membres ICC, peut proposer des améliorations à tous les niveaux du circuit. Ils sont consultés pour toute décision à prendre durant l’année et ont le même "poids" dans la prise de décision et le consultations de dossiers.
