Pour rappel:
  Frais du congrès: le coût du transport et du séjour sont à la charge de chaque membre ou candidat. (Détails du coût pour Dour, voir ci-dessus)
  Frais d’adhésion membres EAP: la cotisation annuelle a été fixée à 185 € pour 2011. Elle est à régler sur place, lors du Congrès.
  Taxe d’entrée des nouveaux membres EAP: en plus de la cotisation annuelle (de 185 € pour 2010) les nouveaux membres doivent également s’acquitter d’une taxe d’inscription de 100 €.

Le montant de la taxe d’adhésion ainsi que la taxe d’entrée pour nouveaux membres sont discutés en Congrès.
Le Congrès fixe le montant pour l’année suivante (saison qui commence au 1er janvier.
